this might be a silly question, but how are you backing up your dedicated persistent desktops? I am looking for a best way to backup ours. Anyone using e.g. HPE RMC?
I need to upgrade the Windows 10 version on some of our persistent desktops, but I would need to take a backup before this, just in case something goes wrong. So can I simply take snapshot of these VMs just like any other VM on VMWare vSphere, and return the snapshot if necessary?
The VM copy mode of our persistent desktops is "Full Copy" and we are running Virtual Apps and Desktops 1912 on VMware vSphere 6 (soon 6.7), and we use MCS.
