Miroslav Dosic
Hi We have migration from cisco ACE to Citrix and on cisco ACE is confifuration of probe which contain hash value for monitoring checking(the exemple is bellow). Where is that option on ADC VPX? There is no hash value on monitoring config. Example from cisco ACE probe: probe http HASH_URL interval 30 faildetect 2 passdetect interval 30 request method get url /test/testReport.aspx expect status 200 200 hash A0C584C52B0D56012C4CD87045DA1CEC connection term forced Thank you BR Miroslav
Jenny Sheerin1709161207
Have you seen https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-adc/12-1/load-balancing/load-balancing-builtin-monitors/monitor-ssl-services.html
Miroslav Dosic
Yes i saw that. Thank you. But receive string i this case is 200. Server has fixed hash value which confirm that service is UP. Where can i specify hash value? Do i have to put hash value in the receive string? BR Thank you
Marcelo Oguma de Souza1709152865
There is no built-in direct equivalent to the hash method in Cisco ACE, which does a MD5 hash of the HTTP page (Cisco ACE HTTP hash monitor). You can use a HTTP-ECV monitor to check if the page content is the expected or create a custom monitor to replicate the MD5 hash monitor.
