SDX | Hardware related Alert and Monitoring.

Hi Team,

 

If any hardware (Fan , Temp. , Power Supplies ) get fails then can we get an alert and notification to mail box via SDX. If so then how ?

I did SMTP setup and configured email DL but didn't get any notification in my email.

 

Please help me to get this fixed.

Do you have Citrix ADM? ADM should configure SDX to send SNMP Traps to ADM. Then you can configure ADM to email you.

Thanks to replying on this post. 

 

So we have four SDX and we are managing it via NMAS. And two MPX which we are managing it via ADM.

 

So two things here, i)  can we configure NMAS to monitor hardware alerts and send us an email 
                                    ii) If not, then can we configure SDX itself to send an email.

 

And, how to do for MPX via ADM.
