Outlook 2010 - Add new account pop up

Dear Team, 


We have an issue with one user on her citrix profile , she can't access to her mailbox in outlook 2010 , when we try to open outlook , add new account window appear and we can't to connect her account to exchange server 


We use citrix xenapp

the user can open her mailbox in mobile phone 

the user can't open her mailbox in xenapp farm 

we did a restore profile unfrtunately the issue is not solved

My question is : What s the cause of this issue and what we can verify to solve this issue
