help with vda working on linux cent 7

Hi, if I run ctxvda status is returns this information with a red dot

ctxvda.server Citrix DotNet VDA Server

loaded: loaded /etc/systemd/ctxvda.service; enabled ; vendor preset: disabled

Active Failed result exit-code

proce 9034 execstart=/opt/Citrix/vda/sbins/ctxvda code=exited status=1/Failure

ctxvda.service failed.

 

I can't seem to get this to show up in xendesktop as registered.

 

Can anyone offer guidance?

What is your VDA's version?

If the version is 1909 or later,

Please make sure dotnet has been installed (Files exist in the directory /opt/dotnet/)

 

If it has been installed, then collect detailed logs.

Steps:

edit /etc/xdl/ctx-jproxy.conf

uncomment "#Log4jConfig..."

edit /etc/xdl/log4j.xml

change  <level value="info"/> to <level value="all"/> at the end of file

reboot machine

check log file /var/log/xdl/jproxy.log
