Failed to get the required encryption key to run this app when opening the app.

Question

Hello, We have a number of users that are having to re-enroll every few weeks on their Android devices. They are presented with a popup while trying to open the secure apps that states 'Failed to get the required encryption key to run this app when opening the app."


I have a case open with Citrix but wanted to check here if anyone else is seeing this behavior.
