Windows 10 Pro citrix receiver could not log you on to the store

I have a windows 10 pro laptop using citrix receiver 4.9 (I have also tried many versions) We are on Citrix version 6.0. I can add the account with no issues but when I try to log in as any user I get "citrix receiver cannnot log you onto the store" What is odd is it shows the user logged in but there are no apps. I have removed citrix, reinstalled and rebooted with no fix. I can navigate to the url with a browser and can connect with no issues at all. Does anyone have a fix for this?
