FAS error 123...

Hello All,


We have an issue on our AWS Citrix farm,

issue : Users getting Cannot complete the request on the storefront page and FAS is generated an error 123.

Action taken : We did the steps on this blog https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX224802 and issue is resolved.

Need to find RCA :  Now the issue here is last month we had the similar kind of issue on On prem and this time it is on AWS.

Please advice how to did into the issue. 

We had a call with the PKI team , they confirmed there are no Failed request logs for the specific date. 

Also let me know how to check the Citri_ RegistrationAuthority certificate status from Citrix end.

Point here is issue happened on only 1 FAS server out of 2. As per PKI , if the CA is an issue then issue should happen on both the FAS servers is this correct ?


Please share your points and troubleshooting steps from your end to dig on the issue.
