Office 365 Activation window is blank

On Server 2019 VDA 1909 Office 365 1902 is installed as a shared computer.  When a user starts the seamless app (Not a desktop!) he is asked for an email address.  After entering it, a window opens up, where the corporate ADFS login dialog should be.  The page is however blank, and office products cannot be used.




If he opens a desktop session he gets the page, and can activate Office.



I would prefer not to have users access the desktop.  So my question is: How must the seamless app be set up to get the page accessible?
