Bradly Claussen


I have been getting the error "The Citrix Universal Printing Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 193 time(s)....". I see a lot of articles but none that seem like a fix for my situation. What would I need to provide to be able to begin troubleshooting this accurately? I have tried a handful of suggestions with no resolution.

Hi @Bradly Claussen,

Please contact Citrix Support so that a Support Engineer can collect data from Universal Print Server and troubleshoot the issue.

The Universal Printing Service might crash due to bugs in its code or due to bugs in the code of third-party printer driver DLLs. The Support Engineer will need to look at the data to determine the root cause.
