Google Pixel 3 on Android 10: Cannot Run Secure Hub?

Hi all,

 

While using the latest install on the Play Store for Citrix Secure Hub, I have a user at my organization that cannot install this on her Google Pixel 3 running Android 10. Is there a known workaround? Anytime we install it, we sign in and get along to the install process for Secure Hub. All the credentials work, but when we hit "Go to store", it says it cannot connect. When we manually download Secure Mail from the play store, the Simon Says circle goes for minutes and it will never connect. I have all the correct settings enabled, as I've installed this on numerous iOS and Android devices at our organization. The only Two phones that I've had issues with (and still haven't gotten set up) are those Pixels.
