We just upgraded to XA 7.15.4 and since then have been having problems with Imprivata launching published desktop since then. The users normally tap their badge and the published desktop opens. Since the upgrade the users have to tap multiple times to get the desktop to launch. It's causing a lot of frustration. We upgraded the receiver on end user devices to 4.9.6 ltsr which is the oldest supported version according to documentation.
I feel like it is a setting somewhere but I'm not having any luck finding it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
