netscaler and storefront integration

Hi,

 

we have configured a unified gateway in the netscaler but we are facing an issue with the integration whit the storefront.

During the configuration we received the error "is not a valid storfront server".

We have tried with the FQDN and also whit the storefront IP whit the same result.

The storefront works properly.

 

Any suggestion?
