Xenmobile changing authentication method

Hello

 

For now I have the following authentication method configured on Netscaler:

Primary : Radius

Secondary : LDAP

 

My request is to remove radius and configure Citrix PIN + Touch ID

 

When I removed Radius and put LDAP as primary in Netscaler, unable to log on on secure web for existing enrolled devices. Unable to log off, connect message loop.

 

I read  :

XenMobile doesn’t support changing the authentication mode from domain authentication to a different authentication mode after users enroll devices in XenMobile.

 

Is ti my case ?

You cannot change authentication without impact with the enrolled devices whatever the change is.

yea.. this is a BIG NO NO.. major impact to users.  best method is to go AD auth route esp with Android Enterprise factors that will be replacing device admin policies even more so as we move into Android 10.  changing enrollment methods could cause all clients the need to re-enroll. def do a support ticket on these type of changes. most server property or enrollment changes will affect clients.
