Users are experiencing an issue with cache corruption every 2-4 launches of OneNote. OneNote launches with an error: OneNote cannot access the notebook cache file. It may be corrupted. OneNote will restart and create a new cache file. Error code: 0xE00012D9
Cache has to be deleted and recreated to continue and open notebooks.
Server 2016, Office 2016 (both fully patched)
Citrix 7.15, UPM.
Initially OneNote would launch blank every time. It would not save any open notebooks. Each would have to be reopened every time. We changed the cache path to use AppData\Roaming instead of Local and that fixed the blank notebook issue but now the cache corrupts every few launches.

Any ideas?
