Citrix Server Reboots - no citrix policy , no GPO

We have citrix servers rebooting every week which we want to disable but there is no reboot Citrix policy or any windows GPO configured However can see registry under HKLM\Software\Polcies\Citrix\IMA\Restart Options\Schedule 

 

checked all scripts and polcies nothing relating to rebooting servers

What version of XenApp are you running?  Depending on the version, you could configure reboots via Farm Policies, or potentially via Worker Group membership.

Version - Xenapp 6.5 - Issue is there is not policy set up but servers still rebooting every 7 days. There are workgroup for reboot but not linked to any policy. We want to stop reboot cycle......

The event log should tell you what initiated the reboot,  Are you certain the reboots are being executed by the Citrix infrastructure and not something else?

Reboots may not be policy initiated as suggested. It could be something as simple as a scheduled task, 3rd party 

software, or even remotely via a script if the person has the rights to do so.
