Local C drive not visible after user laptop upgraded to windows 10

User laptops are upgrading from win 7 to win 10, so all users who upgraded to win 10 they are not able to see local C drive, uninstalling receiver using cleanup utility and reinstall will work for a day( able to see local drive) but again next day local drive disappear.

We used the latest cirix receiver as below

both didnt resolve the issue, Is there a issue in receiver with win 10?
