After upgrade of the laptop from win 7 to win10 my laptop drives are not showing up in my vdi

As the Win7 is going to expire all of our company laptops have been upgraded from win 7 to win 10, after that when they establish the connection to VDI , they are not able to see their laptop drives mapped

 

same is working fine for all win10 below laptops

 

there is no restrict/prohited policy enabled in DDC.

 

please help
