Hello

 

I set client property to enable Citrix PIN, PAssword Caching, and Touch ID.

I'm connected through a Netscaler Gateway

In case of online authentication, to connect on secure hub only Citrix PIN is asking instead Touch ID.

In Citrix documentation for online authentication fingerprint is allowed 

Do you have some idea ?

I also configured touch ID in my environment (set client property to enable Citrix PIN, PAssword Caching, and Touch ID half a year ago with XM 10.8)  and had to reenroll my iOS device to make it work. I don't know why, but already enrolled devices never recognized these changed settings.
