Many issues with Citrix Cloud - DDC. Safe handle have been Closed.

I am having below issues from last one week and not able to get much help from anywhere. I have checked the logs, made sure Cloud Connector servers has connectivity and up an running.

When trying to add machine, creating catalog and updating machine in catalog, I am getting below error. There is not much information about below error. Someone may have experience below, please help.

AD account action: Create accounts
Successful accounts: 1
Successful machines: 0

Terminating Error:
An error occurred while creating the virtual machine.

Same here.

All actions end up with "Inner Error: Safe handle has been closed"
