Access to your company network is not currently available

Hello all , 


We have Xenmobile 10.9 in our UAT environment and recently we faced an issue with android platform during enrollment process after typing the credentials and press on Activate from the next screen an error apear( Access to your company network is not currently available) then return back to the main screen , actually this happens for android as I mentioned before and this issue come up if I try to enroll the device through the internet but from the local intranet WiFi it's working fine and for ios devices no issues on both situations .

Hello All 


Thank you all for your feedback  , actually regarding to our issue it seems this happens with one ISP here so from other ISP's every thing is working fine 


we still looking forward to get more info from our firewall department
