with receiver 4.9.2 we have no problems with that cmd.
selfservice.exe -qlauch IE11 http://www.citrix.com . this cmd i can execute 10 times it opens up always the citrix homepage. i can also edit the line and switch to another url. works perfectly. now with the newest workspace app receiver it will open only the first execute correct. second and any other more execute will open IE11 with our Startpage. is it a bug? or changed here something?
