Some questions regarding Secure Mail

Hallo everybody,

 

i have some questions to Secure Mail. Hopefully you can help me ansering these questions.

Environment:

Mobilephones: iPhones

Xenmobile Server 10

MDX Apps (newest version)

 

1) in Secure Mail is it not possible access shared Mailboxes. I know it´s an ActiveSync limitation

    I can add additional Mailboxes useing Username and Password.

    Question:

    Is it possible to move one Mail from one Mailbox to another?

    I can only move Mails inside the Mailbox.

    Is there a way to get tis working?

 

2) In Secure Mail Calendar i can switch a day view, a moth view,..

    Question:

    Is it possible to implement a year view like the natiove IOS calendar App?

 

3) Search on Mailbox

    Question:

    Is it possible to search the whole Mailbox instead only this Folder?

You're correct in that it is an ActiveSync limitation in that it doesn't support shared or delegated mailboxes. You would have to create a password for those mailboxes, which could then be added into Secure Mail manually. After you do this, you can move mail form mailbox to another. Adding support for delegated mailboxes has been of discussion for years, and hopefully Citrix will add support using EWS instead of ActiveSync.

That would be a feature request you'd have to make with Citrix.

Yes, during your Search there should be an option to "Continue to search on Server". You may have to scroll to the bottom of the search page to see it.
