User Layer DISK Error in Pooled VDI "Disk Error 51"

HI We have faced the issue on Pooled VDI machines with user layer used.

 

Frequently the VDI Machines with user layer is frezed and sessions will be disconnected for few seconds and connect back. When we checked with the event of the VDI machine we observed that Event ID 51 with DISK Error, says Disk unmounted and mounted. I don't see any errors on the File server where my User layers are stored. and also i don't see any Network related disconnection issues on the VDI or fileserver.

 

Any clue on this or anyone else facing this issue

Hello,

 

I apologize none of us have responded, to at the least say, open a case with us. Has your issued been resolved?

 

Aside from what you noted, no network disruption, or issues with the file server, maybe a security scan is taking place or something similar. Is there a possible timeout setting causing the remote drives to be disconnected then reconnected. I am guessing now.

 

In the future please post the full error message and a screenshot if possible.

 

But, again, my apologies for the delayed response.
