Citrix App Layering Guest Service disabled

I've been noticing my event logs have a lot of errors saying that various Windows processes failed due to the Citrix App Layering Guest Service is disabled.    When i check, the service appears to be running when i've checked but i see the Startup type is Disabled.   I'm going to check my OS / Platform layers to see what it looks like there but was curious if this might be a known bug and anything to be concerned about?

I have the same question except in my case the service isn't running
