I'm sort of new to Citrix and was hoping someone here might be able to help me with my issue. Here's my scenario. We're on XenDesktop 7 1811.1 and we have a 2008 Server that users connect to. The issue is when a user uses skype in their citrix session the audio is very choppy. If they use skype on their local machine and not in citrix then the audio is fine. If they play a sound file such as a song that's mp3 the audio is fine. It seems to just be audio through skype that is choppy. Is there a setting that I can adjust to fix this choppiness when using skype within citrix? Attached is a screenshot of a policy I created hoping it would fix the issue but the issue remains the same. Thanks in advance.
