Failed to Build Request error after profile installation

Question

After iOS users install and enroll their devices, the secure hub goes to this page and throws off the "failed to build request" error. 

The device is registering within Xenmobile but prompts (unlock, lost mode, etc) aren't being picked up and email isn't being configured automatically. Is there a work around for this?
