UPM error - Logon 98.91 seconds

In the UPM log I find this error: ERROR;<domain name>;<user name>;1;2924;WaitForSingleObject return: dwExitCode=0x0, dwWait=0x102

 

This makes the logon of the user take very long; DispatchLogonLogoff: ---------- Finished logon processing successfully in : <98.91>.

 

We have Enabled search index roaming for Outlook, so a VHDx is attached for the OST and Search database. Could this be the cause of the error? And how can I solve this so logon might be faster...
