Internet Explorer 10 not launch application

Hi, since recently, publishing applications have stopped running through the Internet Explorer 11 browser (win 10). Through Google chrome work, through the citrix thick client works. There are not any errors, I tried to enable logging, there are no logs, re-registered wfica.ocx, cleared the browser, reinstalled the Citrix Receiver (WorckSpace) - nothing helped. Whoever faced this behavior?
