Local app access unable to open documents

Hi,

 

I've recently managed to create "Local App Access Applications" using XenApp with a Hosted Shared Desktop environment. The applications appeared on the Hosted Shared Desktop and I'm able to run e.g Excel as if I am running it on my local computer.

 

Problem is that when we have a xlsx document on the hosted shared desktop, I'm unable to open directly from it. It shows an error as attached.

 

Here's our product versions.

 

- Citrix Studio 7.15 (XenApp)

- Citrix Receiver 4.5

- Windows Server 2016 (Hosted Shared Desktop)

- Windows 10

 

Any idea on how to resolve the issue?
