We have an issue where we are not able listen the audio of the recorded trainings kept in Citrix environment. None of the resolutions helped. We are able to move the trainings to our C: Windows\User\%userID% to then open it locally or we can send the training's separately to our local outlooks but the space is limited.
In Citrix Environment we've got the Windows Media Player installed and locally the VLC Player installed.
We figured it that it is Citrix Audio Settings, there is just Speakers enabled and no Headsets as an Audio Output Device.
