Xenapp Servers having issues

Hi Team,

Xenapp servers we did windows updates IE also updated but trying users are trying to lunch applications using url its not working, OKTA.com is not responding. seems we need to revere back old IE how can we do please suggest me.

Ouch, if you don't provision with images I don't think you can revert back.  You could uninstall individual hotfixes that 

may be helpful in isolating the issue or load Chrome on your XenApp server. But something like IE10 to IE11 will be

no way to revert back easily I don't think.

1.How can we create Provision the server or how to create images before patching XenApp servers 

2. where images will store and how add old image to our servers.

Citrix provides two different mechanisms for deploying images, PVS and MCS. 

How to do that properly would really take a consultant. I personally use PVS 

to deploy my image to 10 XenApp 6.5 servers that works quite will. 

 

For your current situation restoring from a backup may be your best approach.

If you have Citrix PVS then you basically create a generalized XenApp server and install the PVS Target Device client 

so you can then deploy it.
