Powershell Script - Changes get discarded, but PersistUserChanges is set to "On Local"

Hi,

i wrote a powershell Script to create a machine catalog and a delivery group.

Whenever I LogOff the VM it shuts down. When I start it again all changes are gone. The Windows 10 "Setting up everything" Screen shows up.

But the PersistUserChanges parameter is set to "OnLocal" (which can also be seen in the Studio and via the "Get-BrokerCatalog" command.

Is there another parameter which can cause this issue?

When I create everything via the Studio everything is fine.
