how do i fix a specific citrix user profile (date format sShortDate should be yyyy-MM-dd sLongDate should be yyyy-MM-dd)

Before I go any further  we are using citrix presentation server 4.5  ( I know it is outdated)

User can log in one server and not have a problem with his/her citrix profile.   User logs into another citrix server and there is  a prompt for date format

How do I fix the users citrix profile if is broken, the suggestions I  reviwed on the internet is  documentandsetting\user  (right click delete)


This   did not work for me


Any constructive text would be appreciated.  (except for upgrade of software)
