there error prompt " Profile Installation Failed; The SCEP server configuration is not supported" whe enroll iOS Device.

 

previously we dont see this error when enroll iOS device.

Hi David,

 

Maybe, this nothing to do with device connection, because i have try with any connection and any other iOS device the error still shown.
Previously we didn't experience this issue and  also there was no configuration change at all in XenMobile Server and NetScaler.

Perhaps collecting the XCode logs from the device when the problem happens would show some more details about why this error occurs? Otherwise, a network trace might show some more information about the problem?

I have collected the XCode logs from the the device, here i attached

sometimes it can, sometimes not.

Need to install the certificate several times to successfully enroll.

We have other environment use one server with same version, it is no issue. 

 

 

Also i found one from both cluster for status is inactive and sometimes is active, like intermittent. 

Is this affected  on this case?

I have found that when a device shows this error, the only way to fix it is to iTunes 'update' the device.

This resets it back to a usable state where it will then DEP enroll.
