Excel reliability error when I use CITRIX

Good Morning, I am having problem in my excel when it is accessed via CITRIX. when I am going to generate the report, the message appears that excel is in protected execution mode. On my Citrix server, all reliability settings have been configured, but when access via CITRIX and Gero Report the file open settings become default independent of the version of Office. Can someone help me?

Apparently, Office 2016 has it's own set of DEP settings. Can you check those?

Does every excel file you open show the same behavior?
