Citrix UPS 7.15 Print Spooler issues

Hello is anyone having server 2012 print spooler issues on this version of Citrix UPS?

I am having random issues with print mapping connections on the clients randomly not being able to connect where i have to restart the spooler service but nothing in the event logs or app crashes that i can see.

see attached for what the client would see when trying to connect to their printer. not sure if its citrix related or the server 2012 print server itself.

Nobody else having these issues?

Having to restart the spoiler service multiple times a day to be proactive at this point

had to upgrade to the latest "citrixready" kyocera KX universal driver. that helped my issues a lot
