Mouse CLick do not work for applications when launching-xenapp 7.15 LTSR

Hi Experts,

 

I am seeing a strange behaviour when launching the published applications where mouse click is not working. I am using CItrix xenapp 7.15 with receiver version as 4.11.0.17061.I can move over the mouse curosr but unable to click on OK as below. I can take the mouse cursor but cannot click on it.However spacebar+mouse click works and it launches the application.Any help please?

if you are using multiple monitors, set the 'change size of text, apps and other items' setting to 100% for all monitors in display settings and try again

Hi @Gautham Konuri,

 

Could you please try installing Receiver for Windows 4.10.1 and check if your able to reproduce the issue.

4.10.1 does have a fix for mouse click issues, please check and let me know if this helps.
