Getting "Worx Home must authorize this app" intermittently on iOS 10.0.0.2 when opening Worx Applications or switching back to an already open Worx application, although app could be opened without issues several times before. Clicking on Authorize takes you back to Worx Home then back to the App which presents you with the same message again and this results in an infinite "Authorize-loop". Closing just the Worx App and launching the Worx App again makes the problem go away, but it may appear again after some time.

We encounter also the same issue though only 2 times. The app must be authorized 2 times before you can gain access to it. This may have something to do with the time out settings as the messages only appear then. 

 

it behaves in this way: message app must be authorized, gets back to worxhome, enter pincode, worxmail starts, same message, gets back to worxhome, NO pincode this time, worx mail starts again, enter touch id, worxmail is now up.

Hi Community,

 

Does anybody have a solution for this issue?

We've upgraded from XenMobile Server 10.3.5 to latest and greatest 10.4.

The Test iPad was an IOs 10.0.0.2.

 

An we're still receiving the error, while loading the Apps in the SecureHub/WorxStore "unable to fetch the reqiured asstes to continue". WorxMail, WorxWeb seems to work - if the latest 10.4 server version will work, we'll upgrade to the latest Citrix SecureApps.
