Port COM device pinpad verifone vx805 not detected on device managercitrix xendesktop 5.6

hi all,

 

this is my description:

i have environment citrix xendestop 5.6, i have installed driver device pinpad verifone vx805 on endpoint and VDI.

then the endpoint can work properly detection com port (com9) on device manager,

but after passthrough to the vdi. it can't detect com port (com9) on device manager,

please check my attachment image file.

Same issue here with XenDesktop 7.5.   Citrix says it's not a supported device, but can't say what's different about it that makes it not supported.   In fact, I was told no credit card readers are supported based on CTX816193.
