Remote User's Can't Login When Domain Admin Password Changed

I took over for another guy and they're using Xenapp for their remote work.  Because he left I went in to change the password on the administrator credentials for the domain, but when I did no one could login through the web interface.  

Obviously these credentials have some role in linking the domain authentication and Xenserver,  Any idea where I can find this so I can change it?  Thanks!

after the domain admin password reset, users could not able to connect remotely means the password changes didn't get reflect on domain/forest level replication.


users can able to do the remote with same password - is that correct

users cant able to connect remote with re-set password - so password changed, but its not getting replicated somewhere.
