    Error trying to validate Access Token. Please contact your administrator

    after some changes we get this error now:
    Unable to connect to Authorization server. Please contact your administrator.

    on the firewall we see traffic from the SNIP to Duo but we dont see traffic back from Duo.

    also on the Oauth action we see INT status/

    we have supoort case 83043863

    Is there anything to know beside the troubleshooting guide?

    You have to configure the firewall to also allow traffic from the SNIP
