The Citrix DaaS Backup + Restore feature protects against disruptions by allowing you to take backups of your Citrix DaaS configuration. This ensures that a copy of your Citrix DaaS configuration is always available and ready to be used if needed. Backups can be taken on-demand or scheduled to run at chosen intervals.

Within Citrix DaaS, the following can be backed up:

• Tags
• Admin Roles
• Admin Scopes
• Host Connections
• Delivery Groups
• Application Groups
• Machine Catalogs
• And more…

Prerequisites:

• A current Citrix DaaS subscription is required

Backup Citrix DaaS

1. From Citrix Web Studio, click Backup + Restore.
2. Click Create Backup.
3. Provide a backup Note.
4. Click Create Backup.
5. Click Close when the backup completes.
6. Review the details of your backup.
