[Citrix Products affected from log4j zero-day vulnerability (CVE-2021-44248)?]

Hi.  When I run the last command I get a massage that says "Action not found".  What gives?  I have done it on a bunch of netscalers with same result

Hi.  I have resolved this issue by stopping and then disabling the "Windows error reporting Service" under windows service manager console.

[Sessions connected and in use with no current user]

We have XenDesktop 7.6 with all the patches and hotfixes (Not LTSR).  Our VDA is 7.12.  We have issues with "-" showing as user in Citrix Studio with 7.6 as well.  Our VDA machines are Windows 7.  Our end user issues are very similar: They connect using NetScaler Gateway, unexpectedly get disconnected within seconds and won't be able to login again.  Citrix studio shows a user with "-".  We end up either restarting the user's windows 7 VDA or logging in as an administrator and killing the ica / cpsvc64 services.

 

Unfortunately that article doesn't apply to us.

 

We found that restarting the print spooler and citrix print manager service reduced the calls to our help center quite a bit.  Unfortunately it caused additional problems with printing and printers getting disappeared so stopped doing that.

 

Is there a real good solution to this?

Has anyone found a solution for this?  We have 7.12 version of VDA but there is no banner.  Sessions are launched in full screen.

 

Same issue persists with ghost sessions with "-"

 

would you please help?
