    Hello community, we need to configure our Jabra softphone via Jabra-Direct software, but the software does not recognize the usb-headset. In Teams the headset was found and can be used. But the Jabra-Direct software does not recognize the headset. Does someone here has expierences with Jabra-USB headsets and Jabra-Direct software ? Kind regards Jens

    Still no access to the RSS feeds :-( Opened case but without having luck. They closed my case because they can't assign it to right person :(

    Asked by chat - so far it seems there is no alternative URL to check new KBs via RSS feed. :-(

    Since CWAL2402 BCR works without any issues.

    Hallo, since July the 13th the RSS feeds of this URL does not work anymore: https://support.citrix.com/feed/products/all/articles.rss Is there an alternative URL to request RSS feeds on the Citrix articles ? Best regards Jens
  9. JensStr74 started following Office 2019 with fslogix and CVAD 2203 CU2 showes "Account repair" under options , Instance limitations on published applications with HTML5 browser , Citrix Browser Content Redirection does not work with CWAL2311 and 4 others

    Citrix Browser Content Redirection does not work with CWAL2311. Browser showes only a blank page with "Redireting ...". Revert to CWAL2309, BCR works without issues. Checked with several ubuntu OS editions. But only with CWAL2309 and lower editions, BCR works.

    On fresh installed Server 2022 and Citrix VDA 2112, user session logoff stucks. In Director the attached processes are showen. Log off via Director terminates the session correctly. No eventlog entry is logged. Is it a known limitation or issue ?
