  1. XenApp 7.15 - Prior to COVID, all users accessed this database from a shared network drive.  No real issues this way.  Now that many workers are home, I published the database to them through citrix.  Well, technically I published MS Access 2016 with a command line argument of the actual path and db name.  They consistently get errors of database corruption, or the database is in an inconsistent state.  We are trying to figure out why.  Could it be that there are potentially multiple users logged into the same citrix server and accessing the database at the same time?  Whereas before they were working from home, they accessed from their local machine on the network and of course all the hostnames are different.  Any ideas what's going on?

  2. We publish an IE page to our users to view our PACS images.  From their iPads / iPhones, they are able to launch Citrix Workspace, log in, and launch the IE published application.  When they are complete, they close the IE page (no logoff available in this application).  At that point, their session is hung at a black screen.  The published app never closes and they are not able to connect to the app again until I close it forcefully through Director or Studio.  There are lots of processes still running after they close, but the one that does successfuly close their session is "winlogon.exe".  We do not see this same issue when users launch the IE published app on a pc, only iOS devices.

How do I force that to successfully close the session when they close IE?

  3. The other day I opened XenCenter and while trying to connect to my different hosts, I get an error "Unable to connect to server 'servername'. An unknown error occurred".  I only get this error on one of the hosts, the others connect just fine.  I can ping the host server just fine, and I can RDP into the guest servers running on the host.  They are all on the same network, just randomly stopped connecting the other day.
