How to disable Receiver client detection in StoreFront
StoreFront 3.xUse a text editor to open the web.config file for Receiver for Web. This is typically located in the C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\storenameWeb\ directory, where storename is the name specified for the store.
Search for protocolHandler
Change <protocolHandler enabled="true" to <protocolHandler enabled="false"
Save web.config file and restart IIS Admin Service
Restart IIS
from a Command Prompt: "as administrator" IISreset /noforce

Running Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 1912 LTSR on Server 2016 and WEM version 2003
In WEM under <Advanced Settings> <UI Agent Personalization> <HelpDesk Options> <Screen Capture Options> I have the following checked "Enable Screen Capture", have entered the Support Email Address, and filled out the Email Template which reads ##UserScreenCaptureComment##,##UserName##, ##ComputerName##,##ClientIPAddress##
Checked the Use SMTP to Send Email
On the VDA when opening the WEM Agent icon from the taskbar and selecting "Capture Screen" the Capture Screen Feature opens and displays the Screen Capture Preview, when clicking on the <Send to Support> button I get the Error "VEUM Agent: Error encountered while sending email"
I'm using the same Email URL in the <Help Ling Action> and <Custom Link Action> and that works as expected.
Are there any suggestions.
Thanks

Currently running XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR CU3 environment on Server 2016. After creating a VDA from the Master imagine, I set the IP Properties of the VDA to Static using a set Range of IP's we established. The Subnet, Gateway, and DNS is also set to Static.
1.) The there are occasions when the VDA's IP Address settings will change to on its own to Obtain Automatically. I haven't figured out what's causing this to happen.
2.) Recently I've had a number of VDA's and one of my Storefront servers keep the IP, Subnet, Gateway and the DNS information blanked. In other words in the DNS entry boxes the static information was cleared. Again I'm not sure what caused this.
3.) What are others doing in regards to their VDA's IP Address settings. Leaving IP Properties at Obtain Automatically or are you setting the IP Address Properties to Static?
Thank You for reading.
