hi all
with receiver 4.9.2 we have no problems with that cmd.
selfservice.exe -qlauch IE11 http://www.citrix.com . this cmd i can execute 10 times it opens up always the citrix homepage. i can also edit the line and switch to another url. works perfectly. now with the newest workspace app receiver it will open only the first execute correct. second and any other more execute will open IE11 with our Startpage. is it a bug? or changed here something?

so, i have now retest it, make new master image, and see now it works great. i see also now some events in the applocker eventviewer, so now i get a window, applications can not started or so, but it works. maybe WEM Cache or something other have problems

Feature Request:
In the Year 2018, i think it can be possible, to have green color for Machines what are not in maintenance mode, and RED Color for Machines they have enabled maintenance Mode in Citrix Studio. Please Citrix, make some Color in Studio, not every admin work with Director.

i read this somehow, and looking, but this service is running on the worker. is it maybe i enable this settings after sealing the masterimage, or what can be the problem. where did i see if this rules will not work? eventviewer?

hi all
is in WEM - Application Security something what i must know, when i try to Deny the PowerShell.exe, it will not work. I have enabled the Process Application Security Rules, and have defined a Publisher Rule from Powershell.exe, but i can open the application without problems, it will not blocked. did i forget here something, or is something special needed on the workers for that?

ok, this is not exactly same Situation here for me, i make Connection through Azure NetScaler VM - Azure Storefront VM - Azure Win10 Desktop VDI. I dont have any other Firewall between there. So i try today with a TCP Profile on NetScaler and remove the Citrix Receiver Registry from my Client, and it works also. So what i also now try is to remove the Settings from the Default.ica File and test it again with TCP Profile and than without TCP Profile. i will send Feedback asap.

hi all, after Long time i came back to this issue because of no reaction from Citrix. so what i asking me now is, what happens when i dont use the CTX231821, and make instead of that a TCP Profile on the NetScaler vServer Gateway and add this TCP Profile with the MTU Size of 1400. Did you think this is also working?

ok, and now i make the final test with CTX231821. and YES with MTU 1400 as Christiaan Brinkhoff write in his Article it is working. That surprised me extremly. That makes a Rollout from Workload into Azure very complicated, so we Need to rollout newest Receiver with Special Registry Settings. Very bad. Is there a solution in future or is that for every VPN Provider a different Solution?

ok i make some Tests again, and it Looks so, that it works also in this combination. vda Agent 7.15.1 or higher with Receiver Version smaller than 4.9. it will open a UDP Session without Problems, than with Receiver 4.10 and 4.11 same behaviour, Receiver open short and disconnect and message , reconnecting in 4:59 blabla. so it is now a vda Agent Problem or a Receiver Problem? i think netscaler is out, or not?

i have in azure the netscaler Version 12.57.19 / latest one. Receiver i try with 4.10 and 4.11. and i dont understand why i should follow CTX231821, with VDA Agent 7.15 it works with UDP-EDT as expected. Only with VDA Agent 7.15.1 and higher not. But i Need the H.265 Codec for Azure Nvidia VM´s. So i am not sure if this is a Problem of Netscaler or Receiver. Why it works with 7.15?

for me i test it today again. win10-1709 with vda 7.17, citrix session will open short, than citrix receiver message disapears, try to reconnect in 5 minutes, blabla. so it is not working. when i install vda 7.15 ltsr agent, than UDP is working. so you can say what you want, it must have to do with vda version or the combination of vda version and nvidia grid tesla m60 azure vm´s.
VDI-Switch User - not the same behaviour on 7.15 CU1 to CU2 and CU3

hi all
we have a vdi env with VDA 7.15 CU1 installed on Windows 10 / 1607. When i go here to the Startmenu and Select - Switch User - Session go back to the Logon Window, and here i can now go to our special Virtual Smart Card Assistant. I know Switch User is not supported in Virtual Apps and Desktops, but my Session shows me the Logon Window. With VDA 7.15 CU2 or higher or CR 1906.2, when i click on Switch User, my Session disapears. So my Session is gone. This is absolutly not cool and is a other behaviour as before with CU1 and older. Can someone tell me if i can add maybe a Parameter on installing, or is that now a Citrix BUG? we need the switch user feature, because we need users to be able to get a virtual smart card from the logon window.
any ideas?
