We have a fix identified for this issue and are currently packaging to be included in the next release. If you have a support contract you can request LC3726 until such time as this process completes.

Please run the cleanup utility again and reboot the machine.   Try install receiver using the command line with the switch  /include SSON  

 

Example:    CitrixReceiver.exe /includeSSON

Hi Marco,

 

For some reason your Username, SID & UPN are not populating in the Database.  We would need to investigate why this only happens on re-connect & Roaming only.  I would suggest opening a support ticket so we can gather CDF trace on a non-working / Working scenario and have them analysed.

Hi Marco,

 

1:  Did you check in powershell on the DDC if you can see the username from the database.  This command below will check if the session username is present.

 

Open powershell

Asnp Citrix.*

Get-BrokerSession –MachineName domain\hostnameofVDA

 

2:  You can also move a user account out of the OU and block inheritance to check if it is policy that is causing this.
 

3:  Also try adding the user account to the local admin group on the VDA.

Please verify your user account is not added to the Local "Guest" group on the VDA.   Or any group memberships that would restrict the helper process running.

If you shutdown the 2012 DC, can you test running the wizard on the 2008 DC?

What Domain functional level are you running on your environment?

 

If you point the modelling wizard to a different DC, do you still have the same issues?

 

Also, please check what .Net versions you have installed on your Studio Server.
