Posted February 6Feb 6 Hello, I noticed that many users are being disconnected shortly after logging into Citrix in the morning, and also during their work hours, they suddenly get disconnected. When I checked the Event Viewer on the VDA where the users are connected, I found an Application event indicating that the Citrix WEM User Logon Service is logging off users. We manage session time limits via GPO, with an idle session limit set to 2 hours and a policy to end disconnected sessions after 2 days. I searched for any policies in WEM that might cause the user to log off, even if they are actively connected, but I didn't find anything. Could you help me figure out the cause of the problem, please?
